MeET Sarah Walkup
Analytical, creative, process-oriented.
I have over a decade of operations and project management experience, with a passion for supporting business owners as they pursue their goals. Over my career I’ve worn a lot of hats, ranging from managing HR functions to creating websites to conducting financial analysis and writing cost proposals for federal contracts. My strengths include full-charge bookkeeping, budget development and cost control, and policy/procedure development. I am skilled in Microsoft Office 365, Technical Writing, Project Costing, Adobe Creative Suite, and QuickBooks, and have completed Google’s Project Management Certificate program.
The Process
We work with clients in a variety of ways depending on their business size and needs.
01
One-Time Support
If you need support with a specific task, such as developing a policy or filling out tax registration paperwork for the state, one-time consulting services might be a great option.
02
Hourly Ad-Hoc Service
When your needs are inconsistent – for example you need help a few times a year (or even every month) catching up on your expenses or onboarding new staff. On short notice, I am available to hop on a call or visit your place of business to help you out.
03
Ongoing Operations Management
For businesses with a consistent volume of work, part-time ongoing operations management is a solution that allows you to focus on the customer-facing side of your business. I will plan to dedicate part of every week to supporting your business, managing functions like billing, HR, payroll, and communicating with vendors and customers to help your business operate smoothly. Tasking performed is completely based on the customer’s needs – so the list above is not all inclusive.
